First meeting with the client on site at Hulme Community Garden to discuss their requirements for the project. The structure should have seating for up to 15 people, sufficient counter top space and be able to accommodate children.

2000 bricks donated by Ibstock, delivered on site to be used in the construction of the pizza oven. Upon inspection it was found the bricks contained groves that could be engineered to create a pattern when they are laid. The aesthetic of the brick will make the structure look more natural on the site.
