Day 1: Presenting my idea to the group. Three design was chosen from the group.

Day 1 - Presenting our initial design for a piece of furniture for dressing. My Idea was a coat and shoe tidy.

Day 3: Developing the design on Google Sketch up.

Day 2: Researching measurements suitable for our design.

Day 1: We had to present our design. After which three were chosen and three groups of 4 student was formed.

We have started to make changes to the piece of furniture which we are designing. We have made it so that the furniture is more interactive for the user. The image shows the CAD drawings which contains the panels which will be cut using the laser cutter and the other computer shows the entry requirements for the significant furniture 2014 competition.

So far we have split into groups and decided on what type of furniture to design. The image uploaded is one of the initial designs we have thought of.
