At the exhibition we presented our group narrative explaining the individual pop up maps each of us made. Hope our story will not be forgotten when we walk the plank to the other dimension! If we ever get back, we will make sure to put our adventures in a new map. Goodbye for now...

Since our story had a group narrative it wasn't easy trying to add onto the story when it got to our individual tasks. I chose to do a flashback concerning our arrival to Manchester.
'A strange image appeared on our ship's reflection; a castle. After a while we noticed we were getting closer to another image, a surreal image, not of this world. It was as if we were pulled inside it like a small boat in a dock.'

Revisiting our areas of interest, connecting the dots of our backstory and arguing passionately with a lot of laughter, we each chose a site. Mine, the Roman Ruins of the old fort that once marked the beginning of the city.
The port will remain a port, even if it gets drowned by land.

After a visit at the Sackville St. Building on the North Campus, we set off to explore the city with the company of four messages that would direct our exploration.
The message has a different message for everyone; even though they are not aware of its existence.

On the 30th of April all pirate crews assembled.
Ours, 'The Plankers'. The Code: Follow your heart and get lost; let the streets take you for a walk and that's exactly what we did.
